Interested in joining our family of vendors at the shop? We are always looking for experienced antique dealers and new, emerging brands to join our pool of applicants.
Being 20 minutes from Malibu and equidistant from Santa Barbara and Orange Counties, customers and vendors alike consider our location ideal. We have a very low attrition rate of vendors and most have been with us for our entire 35 years in business!
Our 9,000 square-foot showroom is divided into gallery-like spaces with white walls, high ceilings, updated electrical and lighting, air conditioning, and plenty of parking. Spaces rent month-to-month, with no long-term commitment. All the overhead of staffing, sales tax, credit card fees, utilities, and marketing is taken care of at no additional cost to you. We even provide staff to help you move pieces in, around, and out of the shop.
There is a 16% commission collected on all sales and a monthly rental fee for each space. We offer booths starting at $800 a month and showcases/walls starting at $300 a month.
